I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say it exceeded my expectations. the location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to St Joseph church. It made exploring Hanoi so convenient. Secondly, the staff were exceptional. They were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. They gave us great recommendations for places to eat and even helped us book tours. Lastly, the rooms were clean and spacious, with a balcony overlooking the street. It was a lovely spot to enjoy a cup of tea in the morning. Plus, the breakfast included was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. this hotel provided excellent value for money and I would definitely stay here again.
No complaints, everything was perfect.

The best location for any traveller who stay in Hanoi. Good for any purpose. Friendly and helpful staff give their guests an unforgettable and enjoyable stay. The room was a big bargain. We were more satisfied than what we expected with the facilities, especially the computer & internet, Flat lcd Tv in the room. The tours that they recommended and booked for us were fantastic, excellent and reasonably priced. We would not hesitate to recommend this to our friends.
One of our tours that we booked by ourselves on the street was terrible, we were cheated by a mafia travel agency ( The description was untrue and totally different and very expensive). Finally, we decided to book our other tours through the hotel, we felt safe when they let us pay the balance in the end. All were honest and no complaint but our praises and tips.

We were very lucky to choose this hotel among hundreds of hotel .The room was perfect with new Laptop and free internet access, Our Junior room was huge and better than we expected . Breakfast was tasty .The staff were friendly and efficient. Booked our trip to Halong Bay here, we also got a good deal, exactly what we thought . We highly recommend this hotel.
Vietnam is lovely country, there are many places to visit and we do not have so much time. That was a pity. We had a really good time at Halong Bay on Galaxy Cruise in Honeymoon room.

The staff at this hotel were fantastic, always going above and beyond to help us out. We were even able to leave our luggage with them for a few days after we checked out. The breakfast was delicious, with freshly cooked options. Additionally, the hotel is in a great location - close to the main attractions and some of the best food in the area.
Our room wasn't the most comfortable and lacked natural light and ventilation. The furnishings felt outdated and the toilet was cramped. Additionally, there was some noise disturbance at night from other guests, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. while the staff and location were fantastic, the room itself could have used some improvements.

We booked this hotel after reading impressed comments. We was really impressed at First Choice Hotel. Our room was always clean and tidy. Free breakfast was nice, as was free internet access. Location wonderful, loads of stuff a few minutes walk away (sights, money-changing, shops) and tours can be arranged via hotel too. We would recommend this place for anyone who is visiting Vietnam or Hanoi for the first time, everyone was really friendly and the price was good too.
